Let us know what deliverables you’ll need from us — for example, the types of files or formats. Also, include the timeline for the project and any budget constraints or expectations you may have.

We keep your designs stored in an active archive for one year after your project is completed, so if you misplace or damage your files, or need any follow-up work, we can quickly assist you. After this period, your files are moved to long-term storage, and any retrieval requests may incur a small fee.

Even if you do manage to make changes, mistakes in handling or saving the files could create problems, potentially costing you more in time and money.

As outlined by UK copyright law, the original creator of an artistic work is generally the first to own the copyright, unless it was created by an employee during the course of their work, in which case the employer may own the rights.
