Welcome to Wonderdog’s subscription service! By subscribing, you’re joining forces with our creative team to elevate your brand. Please review the following terms to understand how our partnership works.

1. Subscription Packages

We offer three tiers to suit your needs:

• Power Up: Starting at £350/month, ideal for basic design needs.

• Power Surge: For medium-scale projects requiring more extensive support.

• Unlimited Power: Our most comprehensive package for large-scale, ongoing design initiatives.

Each package includes a set number of design requests, revisions, and turnaround times, detailed in your specific plan.

2. Commitment Period

• The Power Up package requires a minimum commitment of 3 months.

• After the initial period, subscriptions continue on a rolling monthly basis.

3. Billing and Payments

• Payments are processed monthly in advance via your chosen payment method.

• Invoices are issued at the start of each billing cycle.

• Late payments may result in a pause of services until the account is current.

4. Cancellations and Upgrades

• You may cancel your subscription after the minimum commitment period with a 30-day notice.

• Upgrades to a higher tier can be made at any time; downgrades require a 30-day notice.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, you own the final designs delivered.

• Wonderdog retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Fair Use Policy

• To ensure quality and timely delivery, we operate under a fair use policy.

• Excessive or unreasonable demands may be subject to review and adjustment of the service scope.

7. Communication

• All project requests and communications should be directed through our designated channels to ensure efficient workflow.

8. Modifications to Terms

• Wonderdog reserves the right to modify these terms with a 30-day notice to subscribers.
